Lift Above Poverty Organization (LAPO) has deepened partnership with the Edo State Government on effective health service delivery in the state.

LAPO Executive Director, Dr Honestus Ayobami Obadiora, who commended the giant strides being recorded by the State government in the health sector during an advocacy visit by the management team, assured the State Ministry of Health of its support towards tackling health challenges in the state.

He enjoined the Ministry to address the issues of inadequate ambulances for emergencies at Primary Health Care Centres, high cost of cancer treatment and insufficient health personnel in rural areas, among others.
