3,504 Community Members Enlightened, Screened for Cancer
The LAPO Community Campaign for Cancer Control (LAPO-C4) is a community-based health intervention project aimed at reducing cancer-related deaths in Nigeria through public awareness on prevention and early detection of malignant cases.
In July 2023, the organisation sensitized and screened 3,412 community members on Breast, Cervical and Prostate cancer and referred 92 persons with health conditions to government-recognized health facilities.
